PHYSIOLOGIC CHANGES DURING PREGNANCY

Table 27.5 outlines many of the physiologic changes that have been associated with pregnancy. While some are very common, such as hyperpigmentation, others are more loosely associated, for example, nail changes. The majority of changes spontaneously regress following delivery.
