ELASTIC TISSUE-RELATED DISORDERS
In general, mechanisms which lead to increased dermal elastic tissue are unknown, and the nosology of the elastic tissue-related disorders can be confusing. There are several acquired disorders whose clinical appearance can overlap. Their clinical and histopathologic features are outlined in Table 98.7.
