緒論（Introduction）
在本章中，將討論一些未在本教科書其他章節涵蓋的遺傳性皮膚病（genodermatoses）（表 63.1）。
第一節的焦點是以皮膚或黏膜腫瘤，合併各種皮膚外良性與惡性腫瘤以及內分泌異常為特徵的疾病。其中包括第 1、2A 與 2B 型多發性內分泌腫瘤（multiple endocrine neoplasia），此外還有 PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome（包括 Cowden syndrome）、Gardner syndrome 與 Muir–Torre syndrome。接下來的各節依序為：酵素缺乏症；早老症候群與皮膚異色症；以及外胚層發育不良。
