總結 (SUMMARY)

BoNT-A 仍是撫平臉部與頸部過度動作紋路、創造更悅目且年輕外觀的首選治療。無論單獨使用或與手術、軟組織填補,或汽化型與非汽化型雷射換膚合併使用,BoNT-A 治療既是藝術也是科學,其應用涵蓋臉部雕塑與強化,以及皮膚科的矯正。BoNT-A 的肌肉內注射也已成為多種以肌肉過度活動為特徵之疾患的第一線治療選項,例如斜視 (strabismus)、眼瞼痙攣 (blepharospasm)、半側顏面痙攣與頸部肌張力不全。此外,BoNT 能阻斷支配腺體組織或平滑肌之自主神經末梢釋放乙醯膽鹼與其他神經傳導物質的能力,已促成其用於多汗症、偏頭痛預防與雷諾氏現象。BoNT 使用簡便、微創且耐受性良好,具有令人印象深刻的安全紀錄,其適應症數量無疑將持續增加。
