線狀色素過度沉著（LINEAR HYPERPIGMENTATION）
線狀色素過度沉著可有多種病因，包括發炎後變化、藥物反應，以及導致沿著 lines of Blaschko 出現黑色素過多的鑲嵌性（mosaic）基因改變（見第 62 章）。色素分界線（pigmentary demarcation lines）反映皮膚正常的背側–腹側型態化（dorsal–ventral patterning）。在評估線狀色素過度沉著病人時，第一步是判定黑色素過多是否沿著 lines of Blaschko 分布。
